Need:-

	your stitched design; washed and pressed
	a card mount
	double sided sticky tape
	spray adhesive.

Lay your stitching on the center panel of the card. Trim fabric to ½ in larger than the aperture. Put aside.

Stick strips of double sided tape on the inside of the card around the aperture. Repeat around the outside edges of the right hand card flap.

To give a sticky surface for the fabric to cling to, squirt some spray adhesive in the middle of the right hand card flap.

Lay your stitching on a clean flat surface, face up. Remove the backing from the tape on the card and place the card FACE UP over the stitching.

Turn the card over. Press down the right hand flap onto the fabric!
